Hello again Jason....Edna here (ISRAEL).....pleased to tell you that today, 31st January 2022 I picked up your very welcome and well wrapped package from my local post office!....and everything was intact and just as ordered....so thank you very much again..... you mailed it on 11/01/22 so it took about 3 weeks to get here.....my local post office left a notification (of parcel arrival at post office) in my mail box today and I happened to be able to go pick it up today too.....which was well timed as I will be seeing my granddaughter on Thursday at a special occasion and will be able to give her this special Scottish gift....I had no customs duty or any other charges to pay.

Hi Annie,
Really excited to have found your shop. We bought 16 items to go to Aberdeen.The two face marks, the Pom Pom hat and the hip flask are from her sister. The rest of the gifts are from Mommy (a US joke).Her Birthday is on the 8th of February.Thank you for making this special. We were all meant to be there but that isn’t happening. I will make a point to come to your shop when I do eventually come to Aberdeen.

Received the slate through the post this morning and I am delighted with it. It's for a former American Uni Classmate - she's getting married so I wanted to send her something to keep in her house as a memory of her time in Scotland, and Aberdeen in particular. I imagine it might be hung on display in a hall or similar and could be a great talking point for her friends, etc over in the States. Really happy with my purchase!

So love this shop, my first visit was in my first week of my two week holiday from the 16th June, and went in and bought quite a few little gifts. The lady who runs the shop was really helpful. and very pleasant.
Before I went home, I went back in to Aberdeen and down George Street and went into the Bothy again, and got some t-shirts and a Highland coo,
I was really surprised as the lady recognised me from the previous time I was in, and we ended up chatting for a while.
So next time I am staying with my Aunt I will be back again.

It's my favourite shop in Aberdeen - the products are appealing to tourists stopping by and looking for some souvenirs as well as locals who want to show off their Scottish heritage. I make sure to stop by regularly because there are always lovely new things to discover that make great gifts for myself and others. Mostly, though, I am just amazed by the friendliest, best customer service I have ever received!
Definitely worth a (or several) visit(s) :)

I am sorry for forgetting to drop you a line to say the plaque I ordered
arrived safe and sound on 9th August.
It is a gift for my son who has a bothy (they call them a bunkie, over here)
at his cottage. As my late wife was a Border Armstrong it has been set up
with Liddesdale and Eskdale memorabilia. We chose the plaque as a copy of
the Declaration of Arbroath was something he had always wanted.
